ExCeL London IMEX 2017 campaign
Campaign to promote an event before, during and after the exhibition
IMEX exhibitions are a big deal in the events industry. And as London’s largest event venue, ExCeL London wanted to make an impact.
The team asked us to create a campaign supporting them before, during and after their presence at IMEX Europe and IMEX America.

Our campaign focused on people and relationships. We developed email campaigns and a microsite.
To help prospects remember the ExCeL sales team, we illustrated avatars for each of them. The team also came up with must have items for surviving a day at IMEX and we collected these into the ‘event survival kit’.
The giveaway gave some insight into the ExCeL sales staff, and hopefully made a few people smile.
