Marking a decade in recruitment with a new lease of life
Trevose Partners are the recruiter of choice for many of the world’s top financial institutions and tech companies, placing candidates in top roles across 30 cities worldwide.
The company launched in 2011, and we created their original brand, so we were delighted to still be involved ten years later and be asked to help bring a rapidly-expanding company up-to-date.

Rebranding a fast-growing company can be tricky: we wanted to reflect their ambition and success, but also remain true to their original values: they listen, and spend more time talking (and listening!) to both clients and candidates than many of their competitors.
This was a full rebrand: we created comprehensive new brand guidelines encompassing a new logo, colour palette, typography, image guidelines and a suite of new design templates for everything from business cards to umbrellas.
The result is a refreshed brand that will support Trevose Partners’ ethos and growth through their next decade. We also applied the branding to a new website.
Ten years has flown by for us, and a lot has happened in that time, but we’re glad of at least one constant — our relationship with Integral. They created our brand when we first started, have helped us throughout that time and so it was an easy decision to ask them to help us refresh both brand and website as we moved our business forwards.
Our new brand represents us perfectly. It is sharp, dynamic and flexible, the exact impression we want to give in the fast-paced and competitive world of recruitment.
