International Confex is a big deal in the exhibitions world. Event organisers from all over the country come to discover everything from carpets to catering. In 2020 the trade show was coming to ExCeL. And they asked us to help them make an impression.

ExCeL London is London’s largest event venue based in the Royal Docks.

Confex event campaign.

International Confex is a big deal in the exhibitions world. Event organisers from all over the country come to discover everything from carpets to catering. In 2020 the trade show was coming to ExCeL. And they asked us to help them make an impression.

To encourage engagement with event delegates, we created a screensaver animation highlighting an on-stand competition to win tickets to the first London Formula-E race, to be held at ExCeL London that year.

ExCeL usually go for something low key. This time they wanted to go big.

We had the in-house expertise to complete the whole project. We designed the stand and specified the lighting, furniture and plants. We also created video for the on-stand screens and tablets.

Alongside the stand, we developed a microsite for the sales team to show attendees, to help them ‘explore ExCeL London’.
