Matt Gould — Head of design

We’re small, on purpose. We don’t have account managers, on purpose. When we work together, we really work together. You get me: my email, my mobile number. I’ve been a designer for 28 years and have led design and development teams for the last 23. I’ve been involved in just about every aspect of running a business and have a keen eye for detail. I’m there at the first meeting, and every meeting after that. I’m accountable from brief to final delivery, and I remain your main contact throughout your relationship with Integral.
We’ve built a network of amazingly talented partners whose skills — and more importantly values — compliment ours. This allows us to create the perfect team for each project with a broad range of skills. Collaborating for the best outcome. And it’s our experience that this approach is the best way to create a positive outcome.

We behave like partners.

No agency, no matter how much they claim to specialise, will ever rival the knowledge you have about your business and industry. It’s our experience that the best work comes from collaboration between client and designer. But collaboration requires trust. And that’s why we behave like partners, that means thinking beyond the task in hand, investing our time to understand as much as we can about your business and your goals. But most importantly keeping our word, doing exactly (often more) what we said we’d do, when we said we’d do it. 

However, partners doesn’t mean we tie our clients into contracts, many of our client relationships extend beyond a decade, some even two. And we’re very proud to know those clients choose to work with us.

Fees.

Every project we work on is different, so it’s impossible to publish a price list. We provide a project quote based on the brief provided for the number of hours needed to achieve your goal. As long as the brief doesn’t change too much, our quote will always remain fixed. We work on projects with budgets from £100—£50,000, depending on size and complexity.
