Brand, website and marketing support for a digital healthcare platform.

We worked with Innoptix, Rayner’s digital innovation arm, to enhance the eyejourney brand and create a new website showcasing its patient engagement app to healthcare professionals. The project included website design, a clinic customisation tool, social media templates and supporting event materials.




eyejourney is a digital patient engagement app designed to help people manage their healthcare journey, with tools and content that support communication between clinics and patients.
Working with Innoptix, Rayner’s digital innovation arm, we developed the existing brand and created a new website aimed at healthcare professionals. The site was designed to explain the app clearly, demonstrate its benefits and help clinics understand how eyejourney could support their patient experience.
A key feature of the website is a customisation tool that simulates how the app could look when branded for an individual clinic. The tool allows healthcare professionals to explore a personalised version of the app experience, including branded screens and video avatar content.
Alongside the website, we created a suite of social media templates to help the marketing team produce ongoing communications with greater consistency and efficiency.
We also supported the brand across print and event stand design, helping Innoptix present eyejourney clearly across digital, social, sales and event environments.
