As part of a dropless regimen, OMIDRIA gives surgeons greater control over medication delivery and patient outcomes — helping reduce post-op drops, time and costs. We worked with OMIDRIA’s US team to reshape its positioning and launch a confident new campaign.

We developed a confident, educational campaign that positions OMIDRIA at the centre of a modern, dropless cataract regimen — shifting the conversation away from complex post-op drop routines towards a simpler, surgeon-controlled approach. The creative focused on clear, evidence-based messaging brought to life through impactful visuals and bold statistics that highlight the benefits for both surgeons and patients.


We directed and produced a series of striking surgeon portraits to lend authority and clarity to the campaign across social channels, digital assets and event spaces. Animated content distilled key product messages and data into engaging, easily shareable stories that help drive awareness and understanding.


The website was completely redesigned and rebuilt to align with the new positioning. We restructured the content and user experience to make clinical information and prescribing details more accessible, while bringing the campaign narrative to the forefront. Together, the campaign and website work seamlessly to establish OMIDRIA as an integral part of a dropless approach to cataract surgery.
